    We’re Robert Treacy and Flavio Ramirez, two Kelso locals who got tired of watching good land sit empty while families here can’t find a home they can afford. So we started All Around Investments to change that, one lot at a time.

    We get homes on the ground and put property to work across Washington and the Pacific Northwest.

    • Delivered homes. You get one clear price for the home plus delivery, with no surprises. Our Sugar Run Duplex is 1,140 sq ft, and you can take the 3D tour.
    • Home-and-site packages. Own land? We’ll help you turn it into a home or a rental.
    • We buy houses and lots. Selling? Talk to the people who’ll actually own it next.
    • Invest with us. We partner with local investors on rental and resale projects.
